This website was created to fill a void I saw when
searching the Internet for info and resources related to one of my favorite
authors. While there were a few good sites out there with outstanding
content, there was a surprising dearth of well-developed, well-organized,
and well-designed sites.
This site isn't intended as the be-all and end-all of Heinlein fan sites.
I do not pretend that this is an official site (that's an honor I could
only hope to one day fulfill). And this site isn't intended to overshadow
any of the other good sites out there, whose authors have spent a lot
of time on them. It's not even intended to be the most complete site about
Heinlein, although that's a pretty good long-term goal.
My present mission is simple:
1. Offer some of the best info and resources about Heinlein to a broad
general audience (this site is not necessarily intended to be a haven
for the über-scholar, since there are other good sites for that).
2. Offer said info in the best-designed, most enjoyable, and most functional
Heinlein website on the 'Net.
3. Be fun for the visitor, as well as me.
So, who owns this site?
Hi, nice to meet ya. My name's Mark. I am the owner of this site, and
I'm a professional graphic designer and web developer. If you like the
site, feel
free to say so. If you don't like something, feel free to take
a flying leap.
