Save the earth. It’s easy! You don’t have to actually do anything.

These data were particularly distressing, if not surprising:
Green Teens
While the millennial generation — born after 1978 — is the most passionate and educated about environmental issues, its members lack steadfast commitment. The Generate research firm conducted a marketing poll targeting teens, tweens, and young adults. It found that 74% of young people believe they can save the Earth. On the other hand, they could generally be swayed away from “green” purchases and solutions when presented with more convenient options, lower prices, and simpler solutions. The research found that 71% of teens (ages 13-17) surveyed would be tempted to choose a less expensive product over one that gave back to the environment.
